In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "w333," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the w333 platform accessible at w333.lat and all subdomains thereof.
• "Platform" means the w333 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services including live casino, sports betting, slots, arcade games, and the account management system.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account by w333 under an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring submission and approval of CNIC and supporting documentation before withdrawals are processed.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary closure or suspension of an Account initiated by a Player for responsible gaming purposes.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by w333, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform at the relevant time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account by contacting w333 support.

w333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. See Section 14 for the full amendment process.

To register and maintain a w333 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the w333 Platform or any affiliated service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of w333, any of its affiliated companies, or any software provider supplying games to the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Where w333 identifies multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified through matching name, address, mobile number, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any combination thereof — w333 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated bets and transactions, and forfeit all balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. You agree to notify w333 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. w333 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or have shared your credentials with a third party.

Account sharing — allowing any other individual to access or use your w333 Account — is strictly prohibited. All activity conducted from your Account, regardless of who physically carried out the actions, is your sole responsibility.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any person.
• Log out of your Account after every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your Account security settings for additional protection.
• Contact w333 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.

w333 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend Account activity pending satisfactory completion of that verification process.

All deposits to w333 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100, subject to the minimum thresholds of individual payment methods as published on the Cashier page. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Allied Bank Transfer, retail cash deposit, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

All funds deposited to your w333 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting funds deposited by a third party into your Account, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may be treated as evidence of money laundering.

w333 does not charge fees for standard PKR deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside w333's control. USDT TRC20 transactions are subject to blockchain network fees which are the responsibility of the player.

Deposits are typically credited to your w333 Account balance instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact w333 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC identity verification. KYC is mandatory for all w333 players and must be completed before the first withdrawal is released. The KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides).
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC alongside a handwritten note bearing the date and "w333" — required for accounts flagged for enhanced verification.
• Proof of payment method ownership for the account from which deposits were made, where requested by the w333 compliance team.

w333 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15 minutes of approval for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to 24 hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within one hour, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though w333 reserves the right to stage large withdrawals across multiple processing cycles for security and liquidity management purposes.

w333 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 7 as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for the relevant promotion.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. No bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms. Real money funds in your Account are not subject to wagering requirements and remain withdrawable at all times.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, the bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the Account.
• w333 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies, collusion with other players, or exploitation of errors — is detected.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred between accounts.

w333 reserves the right to refuse to credit a bonus, or to reverse bonus funds already credited, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria for the relevant promotion or has engaged in conduct designed to abuse the promotion.

All games and betting markets on the w333 Platform are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers.

For sports betting, including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, football, UFC, and other sports:

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the w333 system are binding. w333 does not accept bet cancellation requests once a bet has been confirmed, except in circumstances where w333 exercises its right to void a bet under these Terms.
• w333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error in price setting. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the player's Account.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay. Bets placed after the outcome of an in-play event is known — whether due to exploitation of transmission delay or any other means — will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. w333 reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts for any player at any time without prior notice.

For live casino games, all decisions made by the live dealer or game system are final. Disputes arising from live casino outcomes must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant game session and will be reviewed against recorded footage.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, employing strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in ways contrary to their intent.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Placing opposing bets on the same outcome across markets with the intent of exploiting pricing discrepancies for risk-free gain.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that automates decision-making, places bets, or interacts with the Platform without direct human input.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. w333 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or source code; introducing malware or other harmful code; or interfering with Platform operations.
• Minor Play: Allowing or facilitating Platform access by any individual under the age of 21.

w333 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should be conducted within means the player can comfortably afford to lose. w333 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from Account Settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits that the system enforces automatically. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Pop-up notifications at configurable intervals reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals can be initiated.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary indefinite Account closure of a minimum six-month period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. Players who self-exclude will not receive marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the w333 Platform — including but not limited to the w333 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of w333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without w333's prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the w333 brand, logo, or any Platform content for commercial purposes, advertising, or in any manner that implies endorsement by w333.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of w333's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w333's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or transaction conducted thereon shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

w333 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, third-party service failures, or internet connectivity issues outside w333's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes w333's liability for death or personal injury caused by w333's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

w333 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, and withhold or forfeit balances held therein, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Account held by or accessed by a person under 21 years of age.
• Account subject to a self-exclusion request.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended inactivity (Account dormancy of 12 consecutive months with no login activity).

A Player may close their own Account at any time by contacting w333 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification has been completed.

Dormant Account balances — Accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per calendar month, deducted from the Account balance until exhausted or the Account is reactivated by the Player.

w333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where proposed changes are material — meaning they significantly affect a Player's rights or obligations — w333 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the email address or mobile number registered to the Player's Account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document and within the hero section of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a Player does not accept an amendment to these Terms, their sole remedy is to close their Account in accordance with Section 13. Questions regarding any amendment may be directed to w333 support at the contact address provided in the footer of this page.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of w333 as an internationally operated gaming platform.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and w333, the Player should in the first instance contact w333 support via the live chat function or by email to the address provided in the footer of this page, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. w333 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and w333 within 30 days of the dispute being formally raised, either party may seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
